Rejuvenase Health and Beauty was set up by Rasunah Sellars in 2006 with the aim of encouraging more people to incorporate holistic health and beauty into their lifestyle. Rasunah graduated with an honours degree in life sciences in 1998. Since then she has undertaken many courses to become an experienced therapist in Reiki, Reflexology, Body Massage, Indian Head Massage and Holistic Facial Beauty Treatments.


She has been a reiki practitioner for more than 10 years and reiki healing naturally forms part of your treatment (unless requested otherwise). She has a very strong belief in creating an atmosphere where you can be comforted and restored and allowed to truly be yourself.




She works holistically and combines her recent training in advanced reflexology techniques ART and Chinese Meridian Theory in your reflexology treatments.


Treatments are carried out in a warm, relaxed environment from premises in Shinfield near Reading, Berkshire. Rejuvenase is located within easy reach of M4 junction 11 and close to the towns of Wokingham, Earley and Bracknell. A specially arranged mobile service is also on offer and I will travel to locations within Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire for Pamper events or for Corporate treatments.

Corporate Treatments
Treatments are tailored to the the workpace environment and therapies most favoured are indian head massage, neck, back and shoulder massage or reflexology. Regular massage has been widely used to help relieve stress, tension, headaches and eyestrain and can form part of your employee wellness programme.
